An hour of dedicated, flexible remote support shaped entirely by your current workshop priorities. You can use this block to adjust specific construction methods, clean up your tooling catalogs, or run through a targeted list of questions to make your day-to-day drawing and estimating more accurate.

90 minExtended time block for training, overhauls, or clearing backlogs.
Our largest single block of remote time, designed for maximum flexibility. There are no restrictions on how we use this session. If you have a long list of minor issues to systematically solve, need comprehensive workflow training, or want to build complex custom setups from scratch, this gives us the runway to do it without rushing.

Over three years as part of the Mozaik training team, working with cabinetmakers across Australia. Every session is with me directly - no handoffs, no ticket queue.
Common questions
What do I need for a session?
Just your computer with Mozaik open and a stable internet connection. Sessions are via screen share - no camera required. I'll send you the link when your booking is confirmed.
What versions of Mozaik do you support?
I work across all current versions. If you're unsure, just reach out before booking.
Can I book multiple sessions?
Absolutely. Many shops start with a 30-minute session to tackle something specific, then come back for a longer block. Each session is booked individually.
What if my question isn't answered in the session time?
We focus on the most important thing first. If there's more to cover, we book a follow-up - but in most cases one session is enough.
What is your cancellation policy?
I block out my day specifically to make time for as many cabinetmakers as possible, so sessions are non-refundable. If something comes up, you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your start time at no cost.
